CANCELLATION POLICY

At the glow atelier your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that you respect my time and the time of other guests by giving adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
